This was a return visit during the summer to continue removing the invasive laurel. There had been heavy rain during the previous night which meant that the run-off stream from the lake was in spate and very impressive. We had one good shower of rain whilst we were working but the day was mainly sunny. We have widened the track and exposed the native trees by removing the laurel.
