A resident of Clearwell Meend had seen us doing the clearing around the pond in April and had informed us that she quite often saw wild orchids growing there. She very kindly sent us these images of the orchids growing there and we are very grateful to be able to put them on our site.

We believe it is an Early Purple Orchid.
